Schoters is one company that has a pleasant, comfortable and healthy working environment. I work side by side with many brilliant colleagues, who have a lot of experience from studying/working abroad. We are encouraged to achieve our targets, but also to grow and enjoy the results of our achievements together. Apart from that, I also feel grateful that all colleagues have a very sincere understanding of the remote.

My time being an intern at Schoters was an absolute rollercoaster, in all the right ways. As part of the Partnership & BD department, I was expected to report and keep track of my own progress at the tasks given, and presenting my work every week to my superiors. I felt that I wasn’t just an intern, but someone who actually made a difference in the company. The experience I had at Schoters is something I will never forget and cherish for years to come!

Working at Schoters is an amazing experience. This is my first job, and I’m sure I make a lot of mistakes in the beginning. My coworkers at Schoters, on the other hand, are very accommodating and always helpful, and Schoters provide me with many opportunities to improve my skills.
