Academic Operations Admin

Job Description:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects (scheduling, managing various documents, including but not limited to students’ data, academic records, leaderboard information, and other relevant documentation)
  • Investigating and addressing complaints from students or other stakeholders.
  • Handling request for information, assistance, or administrative support.
  • Provide accurate class recapitulations for payroll tutors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, administration, business) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an educational institution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with academic operations and administrative processes is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in organizing and maintaining documents, records, and student data.
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
