Job Description:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects (scheduling, managing various documents, including but not limited to students’ data, academic records, leaderboard information, and other relevant documentation)
- Investigating and addressing complaints from students or other stakeholders.
- Handling request for information, assistance, or administrative support.
- Provide accurate class recapitulations for payroll tutors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, administration, business) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an educational institution is preferred.
- Familiarity with academic operations and administrative processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
- Proficient in organizing and maintaining documents, records, and student data.
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
