- Academic Officer (Study Abroad)
- Academic Officer (English Tutoring)
- Academic Officer (International Test Preparation, e.g. SAT, GMAT, A-Level)
- Academic Officer (Work Abroad Academy), preferably with Deutsche Literature background
- Academic Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute academic programs.
- Assist in the planning and organization of academic team’s activities.
- Support tutors and students by addressing inquiries related to academic processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within the academic sphere.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of tutoring policies and procedures.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and tutors..
- Stay updated with trends in education and suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for data management.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving educational setting.
- Passion for contributing to students’ academic success.
- Scholarship hunter is a plus point.
