Senior UX Writer

Full-Time

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with PM, UI/UX designers, and fellow writers to create a cohesive narrative across the customer journey, from discovering the product to using the product. Concise and easy-to-understand copies need to be defined across multiple touchpoints, including UI components, email, notifications, and guidelines.
• Test and validate the most effective copy for strategic projects by collaborating with researchers.
• Iterate copy based on metrics changes or user feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX writer.
• Strong proficiency in the writing field, including but not limited to using effective word choice, using punctuation, and excellent grammar understanding both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to articulate the reasons behind every copy decision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented & self-driven.
